My great-aunt was a fantastic cook and obsessive recipe collector. She and my grandmother ran the Lakeview Cafe many years ago, and my great-aunt did all the cooking and baking herself. My grandmother was a good cook too but she ran the business side of things and left her sister to be the creative one.
