Hollyhock
A single hollyhock bloom, just after a shower of rain, one of the many showers and downpours we have had this summer. Note the spots of rust on the leaf, flourishing in the humid conditions.
Beautiful shot.
ReplyDeleteNow, that is just beautiful. It takes a good eye to see the potential picture in just one bloom.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, the timing was just right. Those droplets just make the photo that little bit special.
ReplyDeleteThose drops made a lot of difference. A shot for me.
ReplyDeleteA delicate and beautiful flower.
ReplyDeleteLovely - the coloring is so subtle!
ReplyDeleteThank you all for your kind words. I do like the more subtle shades of this flower, compared to some others.
