Skeletons

I love the shapes of the trees in the winter.

Especially in the snow.

A collection of what I take to be rooks at the top of this one.

A winter-flowering cherry, not a very inspiring tree in the summer, but I do like its shape.

Trees lining a driveway, limes I think.  They were lovely last autumn too.  They are relatively young, having been planted after the older trees were destroyed in the "hurricane", the Great Storm of 1987.

  1. The limes look very statuesque.

  3. The majority of trees here are not deciduous so its nice to see the photographs. I also enjoy the time when the buds are just bursting.
