Amsterdam revisited

A brief guided tour of Amsterdam, just for you, Relax Max. Just for you.

First the canals and canal-side roads.

Then the multitude of bridges and locks.

An amazing assortment of boats, from the ridiculous to the sublime.

The unique styles of architecture.

And after that whirlwind tour, would you visit the flower market?

Then a meal at a canal-side restaurant...

or the floating Sea Palace Chinese reataurant.

Or best of all, the Vijff Vlieghen Restaurant. Touristy in a way, but wonderful food, wonderful service and a truly wonderful setting.

I know, I bet you'd just prefer some yummy biscuits.

    Thank you!

Max and Yummy are drooling. Much better than Yummy Biscuits! :)

Some of us will never visit that delightful-looking place (and we know who we are!) so we certainly thank the generous a. for her charity.

Do you have a Flickr account?--Max wants to see even more...even the ones a. doesn't think are up to her standards!

Much love, and thanks again ever so much! ")

  5. PS-how do you like Max's new avatar? He stole it from a Rolling Stones album cover. (Please don't say you think it's disgusting, or else Max will have to change it again really quick--back to the little dog one.) :)
