PhotoHunter: wrinkled

I'm sorry for being so late with this post. My mind was distracted earlier and I was completely led astray. :) It was my last chance to see my son for what will probably be several months.

That said, I confess I found this a very difficult PhotoHunt. Who wants to look at wrinkles?

My wrinkled shirt is hardly attractive in any way.

Then I thought of this statue of Queen Victoria. You could say it's wrinkled I suppose, but only marginally more attractive.

A point of view that doesn't appear to please the old battleaxe. We are still not amused.

I'd far rather be looking at the "wrinkles" in the sea....

.... or in the sand.

  5. Nice n cool photohunting. It makes the brain work by thinking how one can match the theme.

How did you join or how is this photo hunt organized by the way?

  7. Well, I for one really like that statue of Queen Victoria! I must admit I would probably need some tutoring as to its location, though. If I bring you a nice cup of hot coffee, will you sit down and take the time to teach me? Is it in London? Liverpool? :)

  8. I had to laugh at "we are not amused". There is something about that old battle axe, ha. I like your wrinkled shirt but I agree the wrinkles in the sea and sand are the best to look at.

  16. My favourite is that shirt, followed by the sand. Well chosen, all of them.

  17. I don't like wrinkled things myself and I've only got my wrinkled face to post now. Don't worry you are not going to look at any wrinkled photo, the subject fell sick. :(

  18. It was a funny idea for a theme wasn't it? I guess tnchick is getting desperate. But you managed to find something. Happy weekend.

  19. Thank you all for your comments, on this most difficult of subjects :)
For those of you interested in the statue, it's in Winchester. However Max, since you are offering a cup of coffee, I'd be happy to discuss Liverpool's other interesting features. Some of them are rather more attractive than Queen Victoria in my opinion.
