By the time you read this, all being well, I will be in Rome.  First stop, the Trevi Fountain.

Picture from Wikimedia

I'll be back later in the week with my own pictures.

  1. Oh A. I so envy you the places you go, the things you experience. I love seeing your pictures.

  2. Oooo! How wonderful to be in Rome! I'm envious!

  3. Have a good time in Rome - and don't forget to throw a coin in the Trevi fountain so that you'll go back!
    (I threw one, years ago, and hopefully this May I will be going...)

  4. i hope that when you are in rome, you will do as the romans do.

  5. @ettarose, it works both ways. I'd love to see the USA and unless the recession turns around very rapidly, I don't see that happening.

    @Jientje, that's true, I'm lucky.

    @ECL, I could say more or less the same to you as to ettarose. I'd love to see Singapore.

    @Catherine, I did. I threw coins in every direction. What I didn't realise was that if you throw three coins, you will fall in love with and marry an Italian. Hmm. Could be awkward.

    @Victoria O'Neill, I made a good attempt, yes. :)

    @Max, here I am, safe and sound. Thanks for thinking of me.

Forethoughts, afterthoughts, any thoughts. Tell me.
